Artwork & File Preparation

Print-ready PDF files with vector artwork are preferred.

If your design was created in Canva, export it as PDF Print with bleed included.

Images should be 300 DPI at final print size to ensure sharp and professional results.

Print files should be prepared in CMYK or Pantone colors.

Screens display colors using RGB, which appear brighter than printed colors.

Bleed is extra artwork extending beyond the final trim edge of a printed piece.

This ensures colors and images print cleanly to the edge after trimming and prevents unwanted white borders.

Our team reviews every file before printing. If adjustments are needed, we’ll contact you with alternatives. We offer artwork adjustment as an additional service.

We specialize in premium business card finishes including:

  • Raised Ink

  • Spot Gloss

Each technique creates a distinct visual and tactile effect designed to elevate your brand presentation.

We offer a wide range of premium stocks including coated, uncoated, textured, and specialty materials designed to complement different printing techniques.

Our advisors can recommend the best option for your project.

Yes. When color accuracy is critical, we can print using Pantone color matching to maintain consistent brand colors across your materials.

Proofing & Quality

Yes. A digital proof is provided for every order, and printing only begins after your approval.

Approving a proof confirms that the design is ready for printing and that you have carefully reviewed:

  • Text Content and Spelling
  • Layout and Spacing
  • Fonts and Images
  • Placement of Elements
  • Color Expectations

Digital proofs confirm layout but may not represent exact printed colors.

If the printed piece differs from the approved proof, you may choose a free reprint or a refund.

If the printed piece matches the approved proof but the result isn’t what you expected, we work together to find practical solutions such as adjustments or discounted reprints.
